Minimum 1 year lease but landlady prefers longer (2 years) lease. 

Minimum period of stay would be 6 months and you can give 2 months’ notice for termination thereafter 

I was supposed to move in but faced visa issues so was unable to. The flat is in clean condition as nobody moved in 

Immediate move in ! Available from March 1st. March rent has already been covered by us so if you decide to move in earlier than 1st April, you only need to pay PUB for March
