The unit is on the ground floor of the EUHabitat condo. There is a spacious balcony; each bedroom and the living room walks out to the balcony. It is a newer building with lush fauna around the grounds. 

Facilities are: numerous pools around the condo including olympic sized swimming pool for laps, tennis court, gym, saunas, and barbeque pits. It is along a quiet road, so you cannot hear any traffic. 

There are 2 different bus stops nearby and the MRT is about 10-15 minutes walk or a quick bus ride.
