The place itself is like a resort with lovely landscapes and a bunch of cool spots, from a 50-meter lap pool and few smaller pools to a chess and barbecue gardens.

The move-in date is set for February 1, 2024, with the deposit payable upon contract signing ($2,400). Rent and utilities ($1,300) are due at the beginning of each month for the upcoming month. The lease, which can be extended, concludes in September 2024.

Experience comfort with AC in every room, super-fast 5G internet, and the convenience of a washer and dryer! The apartment boasts a fully-equipped kitchen for your daily feasts, a stocked-up wine fridge, and all the essential subscriptions like Netflix and Disney.

If you're interested, our housemate is selling his room furniture: a bed for $200, an adjustable desk for $75, and a nightstand for $20. If not, feel free to bring your own furniture. We'll be happy to assist in making your room cozy.
