Hey there! I'm Allen from Taiwan.
Landing in Hong Kong this August to start as a Research Assistant at CUHK Business School. Looking for a flatmate to split a place with for about a year.

A bit about me:
- Gym regular, trying to out-lift my desk job stress
- Spend too much time on Youtube watching random videos
- Big fan of city walks and trying out local eats (always down to try the place everyone's raving about)

Ideal Accommodation:
- Looking around Tai Po / Tai Wo / Fo Tan / Tai Wai / University / Fan Ling (大埔/太和/火炭/大圍/大學站/粉嶺) area, need easy access to CUHK
- Budget: up to HKD 9,000 per person, split rent
- Moving in: early August 2026
- One non-negotiable: need a place with a proper separate shower (can't live without it), flexible on everything else
- Clean, respectful of shared space, happy to split chores fairly

First time living in Hong Kong, so I'm hoping to find a flatmate (and maybe a friend) to make this Hong Kong experience pleasant.
