Hi！
My roommate has decided to move abroad, so I'm looking for a new roommate.

I'm from Japan, I'm able to speak English, Japanese, and Korean. Female.
Therefor, I'm looking for female flat mate who can speak one of above language fluently!

〈Room Info.〉
◇1 small room with shared bathroom and kitchen.
◇Since no one has been assigned to the living room yet, you are able to use it only by yourself. 
◇Highest Floor with Sea view (This property is perfect for those who love airplanes, airports, and the ocean.)
◇West-facing

The building is accessible 24 hours a day. Even if you need to come and go at all hours due to work, there's no problem because staff are always on duty at the front desk.

Our building is located close to the HKIA, and the headquarters of various airlines.
I warmly welcome employees from these organizations to move in.
Also welcome applicants who work in the surrounding area.

Approximately 20 min to the headquarters of airlines by S56 bus. 
40 min to HKIA by S56/ E21D/ E11A.
1 h 10 min to Mong Kok by MTR ( Tung Chung Line & Tsuen Wan Line )

There are no designated smoking areas on the premises. It is difficult for smokers to live here. Since the landlord hasn't given permission, we can't have pets either.

The photos shown are not of the actual unit at the time of move-in, but of a different unit of the same type. Since we recently decided to look for a roommate, we haven’t had time to update the photos yet.
