The house is located at a peaceful and private area having nice sunset and birds sing. Perfect for solo mindful retreat.

1.  1/F with with 2 rooms. Bedroom contains a double bed, pillow, quilt, desk, chair ,4 layer drawer and wardrobe.

2. Common area is a fully equipped open kitchen with utensils and a big living room with projector.

3. Individual bathroom with bathtub and rain shower 

4. Drying machine and washing machine are provided

5. Big rooftop

6. One sheltered parking lot

7. Swimming pool

8. Bus, mini bus and taxi accessible. 5 mins walk from bus stop.

Rent $20222/mth with utilities.
1 month deposit/ short term available 

*your roommate will stay in 2/F.
She is a self-employed graphic designer, illustrator, children book author, Usui Reiki master and overtone singer.
She doesn’t smoke or take red-meat, alcohol or caffeine. She will be happy to provide meditation guidance, natural therapy or consultation to her roommate unconditionally.
