屋苑穿梭巴士班次頻密，車程5分鐘可直達大埔墟火車站，巴士小巴總站，或者步行15分鐘，非常方便。附近有商場，超市和各式餐廳。

豪華會所有健身室，室內恆溫泳池，戶外池，K房，桑拿房，保齡球場，餐廳。

現時室友是1男1女1狗，每間房只住一人，保證寬敞居住空間。狗仔活潑好鐘意同人玩，希望新室友鐘意小動物。

希望將來室友有穩定職業，友善易相處，脾氣好，鐘意小動物，家務商量分工。

水電煤網按單平分，租約期到2024年8月31日，死約剩9個月，可隨時起租，希望搵到長租住客

Nice co-living space in TaiPo with 4 rooms 3 bathrooms, no agent fee, can start rent immediately 

The small room's area is about 175 x 140 cm, $3800 monthly rent, come with individual toilet. A loft-bed frame has been purchased, while wardrobe and misc. stuff can be placed in dining/living room to increase living space.

The house has a nice mountain view with plenty of sunshine. The kitchen has complete electrical appliances: 2in1 washing/drying machine, microwave oven, oven, kettle, toaster. Living/dining room has dining table, sofa and TV. All facilities in the house are shareable

Frequent shuttle bus can reach TaiPo Market station in 5 min, or walk for 15 min if you love a nice stroll. There are shopping mall, supermarket and restaurants in the area, and it's very convenient.

The luxurious clubhouse has gym, indoor heated swimming pool, outdoor pool, karaoke room, sauna, bowling lanes and restaurant.

The current house mates are a guy, a girl and a dog, each room only accommodate 1 person, ensuring spacious living environment. The dog is joyful and like to play with others. 

Hopefully the new housemate has stable job, nice and easy, good temper, like small pets, willing to share household duties.

The bill for water, electricity, gas and Wi-Fi will be split equally among housemates. The rent contract will end at 31/8/2024 with 9 months fixed rent period left. The room rental can start immediately, hopefully we can find housemate with long stay.
