- Victoria Park is just at the opposite, there are tennis court, jogging track, swimming pool etc...
- kitchen, sitting room, dining room are common area, they are fully furnished. 
- bills depends on how long you use the AC, if only in the night time, meaning you work in office in day time,  then no need to pay any bill. 
- 2 lifts & safety guards in the building
P.S. men not allowed to stay over night 
deposit needed, will be returned you on the day you leave the flat.
