About your room, approximately 75 square feet, not including a big bay window around 20 square feet, with wardrobe, a pair of small desk and chair. A perfect bedroom for one, by the way the room is facing south with mountain and pool view. The previous roommate is moving to UK, she has lived here for more than 2 years, so I will rent this room with the exactly same price $7500 like the previous tenant including all fee may occur from water town gas wifi and electricity. Though a little bit far away from the city center but this is the perfect place for someone like quiet environment and has a living standard.
