Hi, I'm looking for a flatmate at my current 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Rent includes management fees, utilities, Wifi, and TV cable subscription. 

The room for rent is spacious, fully-furnished and has lots of in-built closet space. There's plenty of dining and living room space, a kitchen that's well-equipped, a washing machine, and a TV with nowTV English-language programming subscription. The location is in between the Causeway Bay and Tin Hau MTR stations, with really good bus and minibus routes access. 

The apartment is right above a bunch of decent restaurants, a ParknShop, and a 7-11. The apartment itself is in good, renovated condition. Within the building there's a free swimming pool, a gym that charges a nominal fee for access ($10 - $20 HKD depending on hours), and badminton and table tennis tables for booking.
