Bunkbed, monthly rent $4000, 4000 months deposit. The minimum rental period is 1 month, Dec 1 or thereafter. No smoking, No pets, No kids in this flat. No gender preference. 

This flat is provided with Water heater, Television, Washer, Cooker, Fridge, Bed. 

Room and living room with windows. Currently not fully furnished. We are having 2 ppl staying in the flat now. If one more roommate would like to move in, we can discuss what new furniture will be needed to purchase. 

The property is in a tenement house with elevator, and you need to walk up a few stairs from G/F to 1/F before reaching the elevator. Our flat is on 9/F, so its not noisy even it faces the street.
