The apartment is situated close to Kennedy Town area, right above HKU MTR station. 3-minute walk to HKU MTR station exit B2. Convenient, well-managed, with a guardsman and elevator. 

Bedroom area: 2.8 meters X 2.1 meters. Capacity good enough for an IKEA single bed, 2 wardrobes, a book shelf, a study table and storage under bed. Two big windows. Good natural lighting and ventilation. Facing small alleys and hill, no traffic noise. Looking for a long-term, responsible roommate. Minimum stay is 12 months. 

Rent is $7300 / month for the private bedroom, plus shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. We share utilities fees each month.

Air-conditioned, fully furnished with WIFI, washing machine ,refrigerator, ceramic cooker, dehumidifier etc. Newly renovated interior and exterior.
