WE hired a Chinese background couple which is a local freshgrad students, who wants to rent the apartment with some responsible and pleasent roomates. This 2 bedroom apartment located in the spectacular Mongkok CBD area. Comes with a new furnished and minimalistic layout, but also with compacted home appliances to be use. The couple use their own bedroom daily,  each room can able to setup a bunker bed or a double bed. Kitchen is installed a thermo-heating stove , fridge and a 6kg washing machine. The bathrom is in a partition format with the toilet bowl.
 The apartment is only approx. 3 mins walk to Yaumati MTR station Exit A2. And behind the apartment , also situated a Yin Chong St. wet market and also Wellcome Supermarket for your daily groceries needs.
