The apartment is quiet and conveniently distributed. It features two bedrooms (the bigger room has private bathroom, I live in the smaller room). The kitchen has an in-built stove, an oven and a big fridge!  It also has a private rooftop area upstair! 
You’ll be sharing the apartment with me, I’m from hk, working in finance (buy-side), I was educated in New Zealand for 10 yrs before returning to hk for work. Your room is very bright, surrounded by windows, has a double bed with drawers, AC and plenty of storage space
The place is fully furnished. You don’t need to buy anything, just move in with your suitcase!
The location is really convenient (Tai Wong St East near Thr Pawn and FIVE GUYs)
- 5 mins walk from Wan Chai MTR
- 2 mins walk from tram stop and bus stop
- Surrounded by groceries shops, supermarkets and wet markets.
