Hi, I am cherry. We are christian family offering private bedrooms in Cityone shatin. We love music and travelling. Our building is modern with tennis court and swimming pool. You will have own wardrobe and study table and free wifi. I am  working at home. There are four rooms in my house. There is also a balcony. No pets and smoking please. We are situated in the Shatin on the riverside. Here you can walk along the river or ride a bike to enjoy the fresh air. There is mtr nearby, only 5 minutes walk to it. With it you can reach the city center in 30 minutes. There is direct bus to the airport and will arrive in one hour. Can walk to the prince of wales hospital in 10". Can also reach the city I, poly u, Baptist u and cuhk in 20" to 30" by mtr or by bus. There is also an express bus nearby in 3" which will bring you to central or wanchai in 30" . There are also many bus route to Trim Sha Tsui or different places in HK. Many guest from different countries lived with us in the past yeard and can provide references if needed. Bills included in the rent.
N.B.
Three are two rooms for rent. One single room  behind the kitchen which is more private rates at $5500. Another a little bigger single room rates at $6500.
