Hi everyone, I have a room available from 23 December in a 4 bedroom shared-apartment located in Wan Chai.

HKD7,900 + HKD600 utilities, WiFi and weekly cleaning service included.

There is a double bed, a wall-mount desk, shelves, large wardrobe, and the room is full of light with 2 windows. This apartment on a high floor (12th) with lift, a 2 minutes walk to the MTR station, in a great area close to all restaurants, supermarkets, buses, trams, etc. It's a fully furnished apartment that comes with washer and dryer, iron & ironing board, microwave, fridge, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and cooking equipment, and bed sheets are included so you can move in straight away! 

NO AGENCY FEE, as you are dealing straight with the landlord. You will be sharing a lady from France, a guy from France and a lady from Indonesia. They are very nice and friendly roommates to share with. Feel free to contact me if you have any question. Thanks!
