分租房間，租金每月$8000，按金為1個月租金。租金已包括大廈管理、網絡費用，水電則由租客自付。租約期6個月，2月1日起入住(可提早)。住房內禁止吸煙、禁止養寵物、禁止孩子，租客性別不限。

住房內已包括空調、熱水爐、桌椅、電視、洗衣機、煮食爐、冰箱、床、衣櫃、網絡等設備。
