Apartment: Total size is about 850 square feet, very high floor with good sea view in living room, with 1 big living room, 4 bedrooms, 1 big kitchen & 1 big bathroom. You will share kitchen, bathroom & living room with other roommates.

Your room - double bed of 120cm width bed frame with mattress, tiny desk and chair, wardrobe, small cabinet & book shelf.

Move in with suitcase, monthly rent include utilities subject to reasonable use (eg: high speed wifi, water, electricity, once per week cleaning)

Others include share to use: 40” LED TV, sofa, dehumidify, dinning table, kettle, microwave oven, induction cooker, washing machine, big fridge, kitchen accessories etc.
