We're a couple and both are working professionally, looking for a flatmate to take up a bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment in Kennedy Town. My current flatmate left home, so I'm looking for a new one :)

Location/ neighbourhood:

- 2 min walk from HKU MTR station (exit C2 - The Westwood)

- 1 min walk to tram and bus station

- Praya Street, in front of Kennedy Town Swimming Pool

- A vibrant community with lots of local cuisines, Wellcome supermarket, and other grocery stores. The area is quiet at night

- 24 security guards and lift

The flat:

- Fully furnished (~380 net)

- Spacious living room with lots of natural lights (breezy in spring and cool nights), a bit of sea view; living room has TV, wooden dining table, shoe boxes, iron, iron board, a rack for hanging clothes etc.)

- Well decorated bathroom, kitchen (washing machine, fridge, a small electric stove, water boiler)

The room:

- Single room: $8500/ month, including management fee, wifi, and utilities.

- Spacious, with air-con, a bed frame, sea view and lots of natural lights

- 1-month rent as a deposit



Availability:

- ASAP

- Long-term stay (preferably 1 yr or so)
