The room will be available from 31 st May 2019.
* HK D 6,800 per month ,exclusive of billings. No agency fee.
  （1 month deposit + 1 month 's rent upfront ）  
*Rent does not include utilities which generally comes to around $600-$800/month 
* The apartment includes all furnished living room , 53"TV that comes with Netflix , stove ,rice cooker ,fridge and small oven etc. No washing machine but there are few laundry shop downstairs.
*You may need to walked up the building to 5th floor , no lift . you may go up to the rooftop to have few beers and maybe a barbecue ,relax and enjoy yourself.
*You will have your own room but sharing the common areas in the flat ( living room , dinner area ,kitchen and bathroom .) 
* Well located near Times Square ( Causeway Bay ) with public transportation nearby MTR and trams is just 5 mins away by foot  The building is also surrounded by lots of shops, market and supermarkets .
