1 bedroom available in village house on ground floor in convenient and quiet location. Just a 5 minute walk to yuen long mtr. You can have the comforts of living in a village house but the convenience of city life. Room already has a small dresser, clothes rack and queen sized bed frame but renter will need to buy their own mattress. Shared bathroom with a Japanese style wooden bath tub. 

Short-term rental preferred (1-3 months) but long-term also possible. 

*Room cleaning is also available on a daily basis at no additional charge.

室友介绍

Work during the day Monday through Friday and usually am a home body during the week. You can find me at local band shows or doing roller derby on the weekends or working on my writing. I have a dog and a cat who are super friendly and love cuddling. Hoping to find a roommate who is easy going and who also loves animals or at least doesn't mind them.😊 If we become friends that's great and if not as long as we can respect each other's space, no problem.
