原本合租的朋友將於12月中搬出去，有一間房間淨低冇人用，望有心人可以一齊租。由於已住了5年，所以一切傢俱電器都齊。

The flat is located at Shun On Bldg, Tung On St, Yau Ma Tei. 2 bedrooms and 1 living rooms, sized 380 sq ft. Location is convenient, Buses nearby, MTR nearby. There are Convenient store, Supermarket, Park, Shopping centre, Restaurant nearby. 

Bedroom, monthly rent $6500, 2 months deposit. The rent has included Management fee. Tenant is responsible for Utility bill fee. The rental period is 12 months, Dec 15 or thereafter. No gender preference. 

This flat is provided with Air-Con, Water heater, Table/Chair, TV, Washing machine, Cooker, Fridge, Bed, Wardrobe, Wifi.
