This is located in a friendly neighborhood, 3 mins walk to Kennedy Town MTR Station. All around local & western restaurants and 24-hours supermarket.

The room will be unfurnished and the white space in photos can be your space. Come with washing machine, TV, AppleTV, oven, microwave. It would be available from mid to end of September for a minimum 1-year stay( 2-years is even better). You can start to purchase your own bed and closet before moving in.

Tenant will be sharing the internet bill and all utilities, the total usually around $500 per month. First month rental in advance and 2 months deposit would be requested.
