Hi there, my flatmate is moving out and I am looking for someone to take over her room, it is one of the 2 equal sized bedrooms in the apartment. The room comes with a single bed, aircon, work desk by the windows, plenty of sunlight and natural winds.
The apartment is on 27/F, fully equipped with aircon, washing machine, fridge, stove, microwave, pots & pans, cutlery & kitchen utensils, heater, dehumidifier, vacuum cleaner, apple TV, high-speed internet/wifi etc. It is located on top of Po Lam MTR station, Metro City shopping mall and Po Lam bus terminus. A one stop centre which boost 2 supermarkets, a wet market, a cinema, plenty of restaurants and shopping. There is also a clubhouse with gym facilities, pool, badminton & basketball court etc.
The monthly rent is 7,000hkd not including bills which are on average around 500hkd per month with a 2-month deposit. Optional part-time cleaning service twice a month about 150hkd. I am a working professional in my early 30s from Malaysia, simple, clean, tidy, relax and easy going. Been working in HK for over 2years now, am fluent in English and Chinese. Looking for someone who is also clean, tidy, non-smoking (at least in the apartment), simple and relax.
Room available on 15 May 2016 minimum stay of 5 months with the option to extend.
