We have two spare rooms available in a 04-room-shared apartment (500 sq-ft), located at 1st Floor without lift. The details about the room are:
-          Small Room [Dimensions: 8’x6’, Rent: 3700 HKD per month]
-          Large Room [Dimensions: 8.5’x9.5’, Rent: 4700 per month]
You will be sharing flat with two male Ph.D students. The facilities include dining-table, Refrigerator, Microwave-oven, baking-oven, Stove, Washing Machine (Washer + Dryer), Iron, bed+mattress and Free high speed Wifi (8Mbps speed). The rent is without electricity and water bills may in total be around 250HKD per month per person after sharing. The room is available from 28th December 2017 to 20th September 2018. There is no agent fee. Preference will be given to those who are going to avail the room for the whole tenure. Otherwise, you may stay for the minimum of 04 months.
Facilities around Apartment: Seven-11, Welcome store, JHC, Restaurants, Bus-stop and shopping Mall can be accessed within 1 minute. Completely silent and traffic-noise free environment at night. Harbor is only 90m away. North-Point MTR-station in Hong-Kong island can be accessed within 15min from Kowloon-City-Ferry-Pier (2min away). . (Note: A single person may show interest in either of the two rooms. Male only. No pets allowed. Smoking allowed within your own room only)
