Apartment information: Total size is about 600 square feet, middle floor with elevator, total 4 bedrooms, small living room, 1 kitchen & 1 bathroom. You will share kitchen, bathroom & living room with other roommates. 

Your room: no couples , only one person, around 95 sqft, double bed, wardrobe, desk with small cabinet & fold chair. 

Others include free to use: 40” LED TV, sofa, kettle, small oven, cooker, washing machine 2 in 1, iron, iron board, big fridge, kitchen accessories etc. 

Lease contract: At least 6 month lease,  1 month deposit, 1 month removal notice in advance.

Your Roommates: age 20-26, 1 Malaysia lady and 2 German lady. One lady will move out end of Apr, if you have another friend want stay in same apartment is good idea. You can pick two rooms now. 

Price is Monthly include: utilities subject to reasonable use (eg: electricity, high speed wifi, water, once per week cleaning)
