Hi, I'm Fiona, from mainland China and graduated in Hong Kong. Now I worked in a Financial Firm in Quarry Bay and would like to move to Po Lam. 

The environment in here is very nice, with more spacious and decent flat in less money. It takes 15 mins to Quarry Bay, Taikoo, North Point. 30 mins to Causeway Bay, and 45 mins to Central. Just a walking distance, you will find supermarket, many restaurants and three big shopping mall.  

For the room, it's 50 sq ft. You may put a double bed and a wardrobe inside. And I have already buy the living room furniture. 

I really love arts and open minded. Hope to find the easy going and tidy flatmate to share with me. Also, you need to share the agency commision with me, which is half of monthly rent.
