I am looking for a female roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Central. The apartment is located on Hollywood Road, next to escalator. (Sorry about the pics! As the current tenants is in the middle of moving out, everything in the pictures will be cleared out, except the things mentioned below. And, the apartment will be professionally cleaned before we move in =)

The apartment has a living room (including a couch, shoe cabinet and a large long mirror =) , a decent sized kitchen (with appliances included: 2 stove tops, microwave, washing machine, fridge, etc), 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bedroom can fit a double bed and includes a two-door closet with drawers.

The monthly rental price includes utilities (electricity, water, management, wifi), furnitures, appliances (fridge, microwave, washing machine), and weekly maid service.

The apartment has elevators and restaurants, coffee shops, bars, supermarket and gym just around the corner.
