hope to find a clean lovely flatmate that we can be friend with! I'm a person in fashion field and wanna to share my space ! x my old flatmate moved out back to uk. so i wanna to find a new one
- HKD11,500/month inclusive fees of mgnt, gov rate & rent; share bills of water, gas electricity 
the whole flat is 870 square feet .. good size to have 
- MTR property "Lam tin " - 25mins to IFC / Central 
-Having your own bathroom - club house with swimming pool , gym , tennis etc.... 
- Property right above the MTR, NOT NOISY, 10 mins to MTR, surrounds with shopping malls laguna plaza and APM , international supermarkets, wet markets, banks, loads of restaurants (western, asian, local), convenience stores, convenience transports to allover city in HK 
- Wi-Fi, A/C, washing machine, fridge, strove, oven 
Move in with just your luggage,.. as simplest as that
