Looking to rent out an extra room in the apartment.

Rent includes gas, electricity, water and internet.

The apartment is in an amazing location right in the middle of Soho, is around 480sqft with lots of natural light, a fully stocked kitchen and a huge library. There's also an elevator!

The room looks out to Caine Road, is a 7-10min walk away from Central MTR and there's buses to Causeway Bay, North Point, Central Exchange Square, Kowloon side and more just downstairs.

The washing machine is out of order but there are 3 cheap laundry places downstairs.

Looking for a flatmate without too much extra stuff or furniture as there isn't much storage space available in the shared area of the apartment.

I work in the art world and am pretty easy to get along with, respectful, responsible, private, neat & clean and really want someone similar. My boyfriend is also living in the apartment but maybe travelling for a few months between March - May 2021

I work from home and cook a lot so expect common areas to be used often. 

Assume there will be constant music/TV from after work until 12am-1am on most days. Not too loud but its mildly audible through the door.
