Hello everyone, Im looking for two flatmates living together in 3 bedrooms 950sq feet seaview service apartment suite in Kowloon HungHom Harbourfront Horizon suites starting from 23rd Sep 2020 to Sep 2021. 1 year fixed contract.

Big room price: 13800HKD per month (Private washroom and big wardrobe, desk provided)
Small room price:9000HKD per month (the wardrobe is not really big, so it suitable for ppl who dont have lots of things)

Just few minutes away from the MTR Hung Hom(around 8 mins)and Whampoa stations(ard 8 mins), the Cross Harbour Tunnel and the ferry pier(4 mins). You can travel to all destinations in and around Hong Kong easily.

Ferry to Central :16 mins
Ferry to Northpoint: 19 mins
MTR to TST: ard 10 mins
MTR to Hong Kong island: Less than 30mins

*No security deposit and commission to be paid, only 2500 HKD utility management fee deposit should be paid

But our suite’s layout is just a little bit diffent from the website. Feel free to check out the demonstration unit and neighborhood around first, you will love it! If you want to live in a quite, quality and convenient place, this is a good choice.
