There are restaurants, shops and convenience stores in the immediate vicinity of the building, with Langham place being just right across the street! Walk 2 minutes down Portland Street and you'll find restaurants that are open all night for all your late-night hunger needs!

650 net sq ft , marble floors, solid wooden doors, fully furnished, fully renovated just two years ago. Bedroom walls are all made of solid brick and cement, so if somebody's having a mashed potato party in the living room you shouldn't be too bothered by the noise. All air conditioners are split units which means they're really quiet, and all switches have blue LEDs that light up when turned off for easy night time visibility. Power points are installed on literally every wall of the apartment, meaning you'll always have somewhere to plug in the vacuum cleaner or phone charger. The warm glow you see in the pictures are all from LED light bulbs, these are great as they last forever and use very little power which helps keep our electricity bills down.

The living/dining room has a massive and very comfortable L-shaped sofa that folds into a full queen sized bed where your mates can crash should the need arise. The dining table is solid mahogany with four matching chairs, while a wood/glass hybrid coffee table with drawers sits in front of the aforementioned sofa. Front and center is the vinyl shelf, right above the record player, amp rack and mixer for when you feel like grooving to some old school beats. Musicians are welcome to use the instruments seen in the pictures, but please be considerate of the time and people around you as everyone in the flat is a working professional with 9 to 6 jobs, meaning we generally go to bed at around 11-12 on weekdays.

The kitchen is especially amazing: it has a built-in glass top triple gas burner, twin sinks and a special compartment in the lower cabinets designed especially for storing dishes. The exhaust hood for the stove is extremely powerful, while the mirrored wall finish makes cleaning oil and grease extremely easy, Plenty of storage in the cabinets above and below which have hydraulic arms so they stay open while you're getting stuff out of them. The exhaust fan and sliding glass doors prevent smells from getting to the living area should your flatmates find your cooking skills questionable.

Transport: Mongkok MTR is located also literally just down the street with one of the exits being in the above mentioned Langham Place mall, while bus stops that go all over Hong Kong are located on Nathan road that's also a 5 minute walk away, just behind Langham Place. As Mong Kok is located in the geographical centre of Hong Kong it is the public transport interchange so you will find buses going from here to all over Hong Kong and from all over Hong Kong to here 24 hours a day, even at night!
