A double bedroom is up for grabs in this very large 4 bedroom apartment, it is fully furnished and comes with all necessary bedding and appliances: washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, induction cookers etc - all you have to do is show up with your luggage and you're good to go!

Half of the bedroom walls have windows so you get a near panoramic view of the trees in the park next to the apartment - a very rare thing in Hong Kong indeed! The full sized closet and drawers on the side of the bed will take care of all storage issues.

Go up to the roof terrace to have a few beers and maybe a barbecue, then enjoy the amazing view of Beacon Hlll and the city - it even has flood lights for night time use!

The building is right next to a park so you can sit on the benches and enjoy the trees, and for food you can go to one of the many restaurants and supermarkets down the street, and most awesomely there is a dry cleaners right next to the apartment entrance! 

Transport: the Prince Edward MTR station is only about 6 minutes walk away, while Cheung Sha Wan Road and Tai Po Road where all the bus stops that go all over Hong Kong are right around the corner, literally a few seconds walk away!

*Rent does not include utilities which generally come to around HKD300/month in the winter and HKD500/month in the summer.

You will be sharing with expats here on exchange programmes, internships and for full time work - a great way to meet new friends especially if you're new here! 2 of the rooms are currently occupied by a Swiss guy here on a Masters programme in HKU and local girl doing research in PolyU, both in their 20s.
