物業介紹

The apartment was built in 2018.09 and I live here since.

It is 550 square feet and two rooms, I stay in the large room and want to share rental for the small room

all the furniture and facilities are well equipped.

We would not bring roommates or friends to the apartment except permission in advance.

It is close to the Kai Tak station, just 1 minute walk

The rent contains all the other fees(electricity, water, gas, cleaning, network) so actually it is not as high as the first impression.
