Your room: amazing sea view, high floor, no couple , single lady or boy, one IKEA bed, wardrobe, one fold desk & fold chair, one small cabinet and floor lamp.

Move in with suitcase, fully furnished, monthly rent include all utilities subject to reasonable use (eg: electricity, high speed wifi, water, once per week cleaning)

Others include free to use: 40” LED TV, sofa, kettle, microwave oven, induction cooker, washing machine, iron, dehumidify, big fridge, kitchen accessories etc.

At least 12 month lease, discuss for less than one year, 1 month deposit, 1 month removal notice in advance. You can move in now!

Roommates: age 20-35, 1 spanish boy & and one Spanish lady. One are pending.
