我跟我女友因為工作原因五月初要離開香港, 想要轉租目前住的房子。 
房子位於紅磡，洋樓七樓。鄰近香港理工大學, 適合理大城大中大同學，或是東鐵線上、尖沙嘴、銅鑼灣等地的上班族！ 附近生活機能相當好，三分鐘走路路程內有香港各大超市、街市、openrice高評價餐廳與小食，交通便利。 

房間,客廳都有大窗 採光佳。 還有超大飄窗可以放各種雜物。房東也給了超大的置物櫃、書櫃和鞋櫃，就算是雜物包包多的女生也能妥妥收納。性價比超高，住起來舒服寬敞！ 

書櫃, 衣櫃, 床, 洗衣機, 冰箱, 桌椅 等傢俱一應俱全，可以拎包入住！ 

月租12500HKD, 五月中 可入住,確切時間可議, 無需仲介費。 
目前租約到八月初，但房東說可以續約沒問題！

The flat is located in Hung Hom, and is suitable for students in PolyU, CityU and Chinese U, or those who work anywhere along the East Rail Line, in TST, Causewaybay or HK Island East.
Supermarkets, traditional market, well-known restaurants are all within 3-5 minutes' walk. 
You do not need to buy any furniture, as we will leave bed and shelves behind. 
Flat is available from mid-May. Current rental expires in early-August, but it is renewable for sure.
If you only need one room, the larger room is available at $7,500 from 10 May.
