Looking for a short-term stay, long-term negotiable (around 1-3 months), I am about to work at Central and would like to find a short term place first. 
Move-in: mid to late April
Location: Hong Kong Island (Sai Ying Pun / Kennedy Town preferred)
Budget: up to HKD 10k for shared flat or 15k studio

About me: Working professional in finance, clean and quiet lifestyle. Used to studied and Lived in US for about 10 years. Usually i might leave for Shenzhen at weekend.
