Hi, I'm Samy

I just moved to Hong Kong from Zürich, Switzerland for my career and recently moved into this apartment in Hospital Road, Sai Ying Pun.

For that I'm looking for a flatmate to move in with me.

We have three rooms (two bedrooms, one office room), plus Living room, one bathroom and kitchen. We're in 5th floor, no lift. But at least the roof terrace is ours alone!

We share the monthly total rent of 17000 HKD.

The flat is furnished as shown in the images. Some more furniture will follow. Since I'm an architect I value the interior design and hope to find someone that cares about the living space as well :)
