The rent is negotiable. Electricity, water, gas and internet bills are shared.

位於將軍澳寶琳英明苑，全天有保安，小區距離地鐵站三分鐘路程。
整套房是兩室一廳一浴室一廚房的居家小屋，廳不住人，目前小房間有一男生在租，主臥徵人。
房間面積大約６平方米，家具包含１.２米寬雙人床一張，書桌連書櫃一套，獨立書櫃兩座，獨立書桌一張，宜家三門衣櫃一具，可以拎包入住 。你要的話可以便宜打包給你，不要的話我亦能處理掉。
公用的電器包含冷氣，洗衣機，鞋櫃，煤氣爐等。
有廚房及全套廚具，歡迎做飯，但希望能保持整潔乾燥。

****關於房租與租期****

6500HKD/月，押二付一，水電網煤費用均攤。
2017年1月底即可起租，租期一年長租，半年短租都可以接受。

****關於環境****

小區出門過馬路就是新都城商場，餐廳甜品，珠寶衣物，化妝品電影院應有盡有。
自然環境優美，旁邊就是山，離將軍澳運動場也不遠，還有寶翠公園可以做運動。
附近有直達大巴到達香港科技大學。

Roommates

The roommate is a very nice IT guy, graduated from HKUST. He's very quiet and doesn't smoke. He's always willing to help you with any problems related to electronics and computers. 室友是科大畢業生，在港工作多年，平時作息非常規律，下班後喜歡宅在房裡不出來，屬於雖然在家可是基本約等於不在的狀態 性格隨和好相處，非常nice，樂於助人，而且可以向他了解各種科技產品的第一手資訊 不做飯，不帶朋友回家，無抽煙喝酒不良嗜好，極其安靜（請參照第一條），愛乾淨 一句話總結就是——絕對可以評上中國好室友！
