Hi, I'm looking for a female roommate to share my two-bedroom apartment in Causeway Bay.
The Pearl City Mansion is located on Paterson Street, beside Don Don Donki and IKEA. For Transportation, the E exit of Causeway Bay MTR station is within 2min's walk, with many buses and tramway station around. For living, a Watson and a 24-hour Wellcome are just downstairs and so many shopping malls and restaurants aside. It's quite a convenient location for both life and work.

The apartment is on 15F, 493 sq.ft, with big living room and big bedrooms. Your bedroom is 2.52m*2.82m, over 7 sq.m, with a bit view of Victoria's Harbour.
But the apartment is totally empty, so you need to bring furniture yourself and then decorate your bedroom as you desire. For the living room we can purchase furniture and decorate together. 
Fees: 2-month deposit and rent of HKD$7500 paid monthly and with commission fee of around 3k. We'll split bills for gas, water, electricity, and the 1000M internet.

Roommates

As for me, I work in the Admiralty and sleep 12 to 8am. So hope we can keep quiet after 12 and keep our home tidy together~ And please don't bring male friends home to sleep over.
