Bedroom, monthly rent $5200, 2 months deposit. The rent has included Management fee, Internet. Tenant is responsible for Utility bill fee. The rental period is 12 months, Jan 1 or thereafter. No smoking, No pets, No kids in this flat. No gender preference. 

This flat is provided with Air-Con, Water heater, Table/Chair, TV, Washing machine, Cooker, Fridge, Bed, Wardrobe, Wifi.

本人男生，任職Project Sales，原合租朋友將於12月底遷出，欲找人合租(男女不拘)。 本人性格隨和，所以你亦可間中帶朋友來玩，預先講一聲就可以。唔會干涉你私生活，一齊住埋大家做埋朋友就更好。本人唔食煙, 唔介意你在屋企食, 不過最好在有抽氣的地方, be considerate ^_^ 有意請聯絡本人~ 可以約時間上來睇樓。 I'm a non-smoker & without pets but not mind living with a smoking flatmate or with pets. Just keep tidy & be considerate.^_^
