I'm looking for a long term female flatmate to rent one 100ft bedroom after 25th August 2016.

This 100 ft bedroom is located at Chek Nai Ping Village, only 5min walk to The Chinese University of Hong Kong. The apartment is very clean and tidy and offers plenty of natural light. 

Areas shared: spacious bathroom, kitchen, outdoor space for laundry. 

Must have a high standard of hygiene and is a non smoker. Must make sure that you are not clumsy/forgetful when it comes to locking doors /closing Windows and turning off all electrical when you leave the house. Must make sure that you do not leave anything sharp out. No outsiders allowed! 

You will be sharing the apartment with a lovely husky. It is clean, friendly and never bites. Please make sure that you're not afraid of dogs and that you can get along well with them.
