The flat:

The flat is newly furnished with decent and nice decor. There are two bedrooms and you will have your own bedroom enjoying your private time. The living room, kitchen and bathroom will all be shared use.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electronic cooking stove, coffee machine, washing machine and refrigerator. The bathroom got a thermo ventilator.

Transportation:

The flat is closed to Wong Chuk Hung MTR station and it only takes 15 minutes from home to Admiralty MTR station, which is the transportation hub in Hong Kong. From Admiralty to Tsim Sha Tsui in Kowloon side, it takes 5 mins only. 

There is a bus stop just next to the residential building. You could go to central and causeway bay by bus. It only takes 15 minutes to go Sogo in causeway bay from home by bus. 

Also, there is a minibus heading to Aberdeen from Wong Chuk Hing. It is just a 5-minute trip.

Facility: 

The nearest supermarket “Fusion” and convenient store “7-11” are just 5 minutes away home. There are some western restaurants, cafe and a local cooked food market. 

For sports lovers, there is a public swimming pool nearby and some good jogging trails as well.
