It is a 3-floor building in Wang Tong (with a shared rooftop that is suitable for BBQ), Mui Wo, Lantau Island. It is 7-mins biking from home to the Mui Wo Ferry Pier. 3 mins walking to the beach. 
It takes 30 mins by fast ferries that run all days to Central ferry pier. So if you work or study around Central or TST, it is a great option to live here. It is very accessible, and the environment is relaxing unlike living in the city center. 
Our previous neighbors left Hong Kong for work. It is a two-bedroom flat, a living room, one bathroom, and an open kitchen. It is furnished, with one washing machine, air-conditioners, and one fridge etc. You can choose to have only one bedroom or the whole flat. The rental period is flexible.
