Description

This room located in New Territories,Ma On Shan. It is right next to MTR City One station. Super convenient. I can only provide you with a short-term contract, from July to August. I will take this room back from Sep 1st.

The other two roommates are both girls studying medical science in CU. This room is suitable for exchange students and short-term tenant.

The house is fully equipped with appliances and furniture. Just bring your luggage and you will have a nice time here. There is a wide window in this room and every room in this house.

房子位於新界馬鞍山，第一城地铁站欣廷轩靓房7月1日起提供短租，出站即抵小區門口。

[交通便利] 港鐵第一城站對面，社區有天橋直通地鐵站，晴雨皆宜。機場巴士A41（夜班N42）整天都有，到機場交通便利，無需轉車，到機場約一個小時。

[安全] 24小时保安巡邏，雙重保安人員才能入門（社區門口與每棟樓門口都有保安）。訪客須經房煮確認才能進入，對在外租屋的女孩十分安全友善。

[家居電器] 一應俱全、拎包入住。屋裡的歷屆租客都已把生活必須配備備齊，床、電視、冰箱、空調、洗衣機、床、衣櫃、電磁爐、微波炉、瓦斯爐、炒锅，甚至鞋架、衣架都有，只需與其他房客均攤水／電／煤氣，房東連網費都交好了，超级省心。

[房內舒適] 雖然房間很小（香港常見的客房，大約4平方米），房子很新，没有渗水、鏽蝕的痕跡，無論是房裡還是客廳都有大窗。

［物业放心］欣廷轩属于新鸿基物业。特点是设计舒服合理，环境清新每天变。各种装饰、各种鲜花没断过，一年两季的桂花飘香。跟物业打交道的时候不太多，有一次需要修灯，特别迅速、态度好。

房主是台灣人，因為九月才開學，屋子要七月起租，故希望轉租出去兩個月，租金都好談。
