Description

The flat which is located on a low floor has two rooms and one bathroom. The bigger room is occupied and the smaller room is out for rent. The flat is just renovated so is very brand new. All furniture in the room will be new (that's why the photos don't have any furniture) and you just need to bring in your luggage :) The room has big windows with a mountain view.
It is 10mins to Tung Chung station and clubhouse facilities (gym, pool, courts etc) are available. I prefer a non-smoking female professional flatmate who can move in from August 5th onwards for at least half a year. Thank you!
