No agent fee and rent also inclusive Electricity and water and gas utilities consumption charges is 800 per month with no additional cost because deal with owner directly.

这里现在已住"5个上班族人(2女生和我2本人男生)", 屋内还有两个客疔, 蛮舒适的.....
无中介费........月租以$800, 而2.6.2019 可以搬入住
