Hi, I'm a prospective Master's student at PolyU looking for a room in a co-living or shared flat setup for 3–6 months. I will likely arrive between 20–25 August.

I'm friendly, organized, fairly minimalistic, and prefer to cook my own meals. I also like to keep shared spaces clean and organized and am happy to follow a chore schedule.

Prefer to have female flatmates and I'd like to be on friendly terms with my housemates, cooperate well, and contribute to a comfortable and organized living environment.

I'm comfortable sharing a flat with up to 3–4 people and am also open to sharing a room with one other person, provided the beds are not bunk beds.

Flat and room preferences:

A decent-sized window that opens fully and provides good ventilation. Window not facing south or southeast is fine.
A fully equipped and functional kitchen.
A clean and well-maintained living environment.
Convenient access to public transport and PolyU
