Im a very athletic and active person, I play football and I do gym, so im a very healthy person but knows how to balance life such us hanging out with friends, partys and other stuff. I love music, such as rap, afro beats, Spanish songs, house music. Love going to the beach and get a tan with friends. I am a very organised person in terms of schedules and my habits/routine, I also try to keep my environment and space clean. So my schedule will include gym sessions in the morning, football in the afternoon/night and uni/college classes. Love coffee hoping, meeting new people, brunches, healthy lifestyle. I’m British but grew up in Hong Kong, and I’m now back looking for a place. I’m very active and love keeping fit – I’m into the gym, hiking, and spending time at the beach. I’m also a big fan of brunches, coffee spots, and meeting new people. 你好，我是小德。在宾大念完本硕后做了几年金融科技的架构师。最近香港高才批下来了，打算把香港当成长期的家。 我的作息有点特别：按美东时间上班，晚上常在24小时咖啡厅/图书馆工作，下午在家睡觉。我回家会轻脚步、戴耳机，不在家里开会，尽量不打扰别人。 工作是全球远程，所以一年里可能有差不多半年不在香港。但我会照常按时交租，也不会短租/转租自己的房间——在香港有个固定的“家”，对我很重要。 生活习惯方面：不抽烟、极少喝酒、无宠物；会做饭（做完马上清洁），对公共区整洁有执念。爱好旅行和美食，滑雪（CASI Level 2），最近在学网球和粤语。如果你对金融科技/软件好奇，欢迎一起交流；我也乐意在我擅长的事上帮忙。 我理想的合住关系是“像队友一样”：彼此尊重作息、说话有事先沟通、家里舒服又有安全感。 看房/入住时间我都好商量，也可以提供收入/雇佣证明和推荐人，签合租协议 + House Rules更安心。 合住小约定（先说开更省心） - 白天安静：我下午休息时尽量控制持续性噪音；我也会自我隔音，不给你添麻烦。 - 清洁：用后即清；公共区可以轮值或AA请清洁阿姨。 - 访客：不留宿；偶尔访客提前打个招呼，不在家聚会/酗酒。 - 费用：我不在香港也照常交租；水电网按表计或书面约定分摊，公开透明。 - 互相照应：我不在时若能代收一下信件，感激不尽；我也会回报以力所能及的帮助。 如果你也不烟、不在家酗酒、不养宠物、爱整洁，咱们应该会相处得很舒服。期待认识一下～
